Vacation Time!

Submitted by Hiram on Thursday, 26 June 2008No Comment

One of the things I preach is the importance of taking some time off for mental, as well as physical, relaxation.  Rest is an important part of a balanced health program.

Well, for the next 10 days, I’m taking my own advice and will be on summer vacation.  I’ll be working on some new posts so look for those in about 2 weeks.  In the meantime, I hope you’re having a great summer and will have a great 4th of July weekend.
