It&#039;s the first book I&#039;ve ever read that explains why we&#039;ve all gotten stuck on nutritional &quot;components&quot; instead of whole foods.  Besides, you don&#039;t go to a supermarket for a pound of carbs and a half pound of protein.  You go to a supermarket to buy food.

If you&#039;re confused about all the nutritional info out there, then you need to read this book.
