Can I Trust You with my Email Address?

Yes you can.  I take your (and my) privacy very seriously and will not betray your trust in my by selling, trading, or providing your email address to anyone else.  The information you provide will never be used for any other purpose that what is stated here or in our Privacy Policy.

Once you’ve opted-in, I will occasionally follow up with you by sending emails letting you know when I’ve added new articles or items to the site that might be of interest (usually about once every 1 or 2 weeks).  You’ll also help me keep my articles focused on your interests by letting me know your gender as well as where you’re located.

Can I Still Unsubscribe at Anytime?

Of course you can.  I even don’t mind if you download my book and then immediately unsubscribe although I really would appreciate some feedback on whether it helped or not.  Getting your feedback is the only way I can “up my game.” That’s fair, isn’t it?  You can leave comments below or email me direct using the Contact Me form.

    Downloaded your book and took a quick look this past weekend. This is one of the most balanced pieces of fitness-related books I’ve seen in a long time. You really covered a lot of areas – all of which are critical to good health.

    I thought the best part was the “now that you’ve got the info, what are you going to do with it” section. It’s true that information is only as good as the use we make of it.
